Hi! My name is Nicole, and I'm happy that you're interested in my personal fitness training.


I’m a certified health and fitness trainer, sports and gymnastics teacher, and a trained stage and musical performer, with over 10 years of experience.For several years now I’m taking care of clients as a personal trainer and I’m passionate about helping women become stronger and more self-confident with their bodies.


I developed an individualized fitness and body program for the female body, tailored to each client’s goals and needs, that combines the most effective elements of Pilates, Yoga, Ballet, and Bodyweight exercises. The “4 Elements Body Concept” program is a total body workout focused on improving and maintaining overall health, strength from the inside out, balance, and flexibility.

Practicing Yoga trains your body & mind connection. This connection between your body & mind we need for all the other exercises. Being aware of all your movements during the workout makes it much more effective.

To do the exercises correctly, you need to have a strong core. It’s about finding a centre point to control your body through movement. Pilates focuses on muscular balance, and you move your body through precise ranges of moves to go deeper and achieve longer-lasting results.

Ballet is excellent for posture and balance, as it uses the full range of muscles. Create long and lean muscles, tone without bulk, be more flexible, and have smooth and elegant movements with exercises originating from ballet.

It’s great for coordination between your muscles as a functional unit. The human body was not made for body parts to work in isolation. Build strength with exercises using just the weight of your body; no equipment is needed.

Where is the training?

At your home, beach or any place you wish to do your workout, where you feel comfortable.

How much time should I invest?

It depends on your goals! You should do a personal training minimum once a week. If you want to reach your goals faster, you should train 2-4 times a week.

Die 5 Elemente & deine Lebensaufgabe

Auf Basis deines Geburtsdatums, sowie der 5 Elemente Wasser, Holz, Feuer, Erde und Metall werden wir deine wahren Talente und Fähigkeiten, aber auch deine Herausforderungen und Lebensaufgaben ergründen.

Zahlen spielen in der Analyse eine wichtige Rolle, denn sie werden uns leiten und fügen sich zu einem größeren Bild, also einer Momentaufnahme deiner Lebenssituation, zusammen. Jede Zahl verrät dabei etwas über eine Charaktereigenschaft.


Jeweils 2 Zahlen (eine männliche und eine weibliche) von 1 bis 10 sind den 5 Elementen zugeordnet. Jede Zahl zeigt bestimmte Eigenschaften, jedes fehlende Element zeigt eine Herausforderung. Das ganze Bild ergibt sich aber erst, wenn man die einzelnen Zahlen (und damit die Eigenschaften) zusammenfügt, und sie im ganzen Bild (also im Kontext mit den fehlenden Elementen) betrachtet.
